This website is operated by TAKA METAL ("we", "us"). We manufacture and supply architectural metal, glass and steel-structure systems. Questions about this policy: [email protected].
What we collect and why
- Inquiry data (name, e-mail, phone, company, country, project description) that you submit through our contact form, product-page chat or quote request. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps) in server logs, kept for security and abuse prevention for up to 30 days.
- Cookies: only strictly necessary cookies (language preference, administrator session). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 3 years thereafter for business follow-up, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Inquiry e-mails are delivered to our sales mailboxes via our e-mail provider. We may share data with freight forwarders or installation partners only when required to execute your order.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, and request data portability. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU/EEA.
International transfers
Our servers and sales team are located in China. By submitting an inquiry you acknowledge that your data will be processed there under appropriate safeguards (contractual commitments and access controls).
